Oddball Creative is a full-service advertising agency based in Owensboro, KY offering web development, video production, and digital advertising services. We're a small, growing team that hires good people and trusts them to do their job.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Executive to grow our client base across the region. This is a hybrid remote role. Our office is in Owensboro, but you don't need to be there — we'd actually prefer it if you were located in Evansville, IN or willing to travel to surrounding areas.

You set your own schedule, work your own territory, and build your own pipeline. If you're a self-starter who goes out and finds the next deal, this role is a good fit. We're open to full-time, part-time, contract, salary, or commission-only arrangements because the right person matters more than a rigid structure.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking events, and in-person drop-ins
  • Conduct client meetings to understand marketing needs and present Oddball's services
  • Manage your pipeline and activity in our CRM
  • Onboard new clients and coordinate a smooth handoff to our internal team
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships to drive retention and referrals

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive B2B sales experience (advertising, marketing, or media sales a plus)
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, phone calls, and in-person visits
  • Strong time management and follow-through
  • Clear communicator who can build lasting client relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM tools

Compensation and Structure

Pay is based on experience and negotiable depending on your preferred employment arrangement. Whether you want a salary base with commission, pure commission, or a contract structure, we'll build a package that works for the right person.
